Australia's Delta Goodrem has lit up the stage in Austria in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

The 70th Eurovision Song Contest is now underway in Vienna, Austria, with Aussie entrant Delta Goodrem a favourite for a high placing in this year’s competition.

Goodrem’s soaring ballad ‘Eclipse’ captivated audiences across Europe, but Bulgaria ultimately took out the title with Dara’s high-energy anthem ‘Bangaranga,’ securing the country’s maiden win.
